| KEMCAANA DOCTOR'S HOUSE: |
The concept of DOCTOR'S HOUSE came into existence in view of immense demand by the new upcoming Pakistani physicians to have a subsidized residential facility for them where they can reside, prepare for their exams, take interviews and improve their credentials by gaining US clinical experience. Because of excessive residential expenditures they were compelled to face the following steps: 1.
High residential expenditures DOCTOR'S HOUSE, consisting of 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, dining room and a sunroom, has been established to facilitate stay for the medical students and young graduates of medical schools from Pakistan while they do rotations at various hospitals in US, taking their CSA exam, and applying for residency positions in US including the interview process. This will provide them with high quality accommodation at reasonable cost. It is located in Upper Darby section of Philadelphia and conveniently situated close to the train station, subway station and city bus service. A mosque is within a 2-minute walking distance. DESI stores for groceries and halal meat are within 3-4 minute walking distance. A public library is also within walking distance. There is also a shopping mall nearby. There are only 4 places in USA you can take CSA exam and Philadelphia is one of them. The city is home to 5 medical schools along with high quality residency training programs. In addition, Amtrak Train as well as buses connects Philadelphia to New York City and Washington D.C./Baltimore area. There are multiple training programs available in all the 3 major metropolitan areas for the candidates to apply.
